Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
Custom cakes require at least 2 weeks notice, and wedding cakes need a minimum of 4-6
weeks. For cake decorations and toppers from the shop, orders are typically fulfilled within 5-7
business days. Contact me to check availability for your date.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date for custom cake orders. The remaining
balance is due upon pickup or delivery. Shop purchases are paid in full at checkout.
Q: What flavors do you offer?
I offer a wide range of flavors including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, carrot, and more.
I'm happy to work with you to create a flavor combination that's perfect for your event. Just
ask!
Q: Do you deliver?
I offer local delivery in Seneca, SC and surrounding Upstate South Carolina areas for an
additional fee depending on distance. Pickup is always available. Cake decoration toppers
from the shop can be shipped nationwide.
Q: Are your products allergen-friendly?
My products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. I am not
able to guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform me of any allergies when
placing your order so we can discuss options.
Q: Can I request a custom design I don't see in the gallery?
Absolutely! Custom orders are my specialty. If you have a theme, character, color palette, or
idea in mind, reach out and we'll work together to bring your vision to life. I love creative
challenges!
Q: How do I place an order?
For custom cakes: fill out the contact form or send me an email at

preferences. For shop items (cake toppers and decorations): visit the Shop page and order

Q: Do you teach baking classes?
Yes! I offer private baking and cake decorating classes for individuals, groups, birthday
parties, bridal showers, and other events. Classes are hands-on and fun for all skill levels.

Q: Do you have a minimum order size?
Custom cakes are priced based on size, design complexity, and flavor. There is no strict
minimum, but please note that very small custom orders may have a base fee. Shop items
can be ordered in any quantity.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable if an order is cancelled within 1 week of the event date.
Cancellations made more than 1 week in advance may receive a partial refund or store credit.
